Fat Free Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. water
3 egg whites
1/2 c. light or dark corn syrup
Preparation

Spray Bundt pan with light Pam spray.
Mix the first 6 ingredients together and set aside.
Stir next 2 ingredients with wire whisk for 1 minute, then mix egg whites and corn syrup. Gradually stir
liquid ingredients to dry.
Mix with wire whisk until smooth.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Serves 16, 140 calories and 0 grams fat per serving.
