Quick Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots, grated
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate
Preparation
    Cook carrots in a waterless pan, or with 2 tablespoons water in a heavy, nonstick frypan with a tight-fitting lid.
    After carrots come to a boil, turn heat down and simmer until tender (about 5 minutes).
    Stir in orange concentrate.
    Decorate with thin orange slices.
    Lightly toasted, slivered almonds also make a tasty garnish.
    Serves 6.
