Fiery Hot Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. large shrimp
1 tsp. ground red pepper
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1/8 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 stick plus 5 Tbsp. unsalted butter
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2/3 c. shrimp stock
1/4 c. warm beer
Preparation

Wash, peel and devein shrimp.
Place shrimp shells in a 2 quart saucepan; add
1/4 onion and a stalk of celery.
Cover with water.
Bring to
a boil; reduce heat and simmer about 35 minutes. Strain and
set
aside.
This
is
your shrimp stock you'll need.
