Cooked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 McIntosh apples, peeled and sliced
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed (undiluted)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a 4-quart Dutch oven; bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
    Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Yields about 5 1/2 cups.
