Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 onion, chopped
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken or mushroom soup
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    2 c. cooked summer squash, drained and mashed
    1 1/2 c. packaged bread crumbs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and 1/2 stick margarine.
    Place in greased casserole dish.
    Combine bread crumbs and 1/2 stick margarine, melted.
    Put on top.
    Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown.
    Makes about 6 servings.
