Crunchy Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/4 c. apple juice concentrate
    1/4 c. peanut butter
    1/4 c. low-fat dry milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Grape-Nuts
Preparation
    Heat raisins and apple juice concentrate in a saucepan.
    Boil about 2 minutes.
    Pour raisins in a blender and puree.
    Mix raisin puree and remainder of ingredients in a bowl.
    If dry, add a few drops of water.
    Shape the mixture into small balls.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Yields 30 small balls.
