Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 jars toddler size carrots or 3 small ones
Preparation
    Sift together the dry ingredients.
    Add all the rest; mix. Pour into greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Makes 1/2 sheet cake or a 13 x 9-inch pan.
