Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. squash
    1 stick butter
    1 grated onion
    1 grated carrot
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    4 oz. seasoned bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm stuffing)
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender; drain thoroughly.
    Add remaining ingredients reserving half of crumbs for top.
    Pour in casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
    Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly!
