Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8-inch) yellow cake layers, baked
    2 (4 oz.) boxes vanilla instant pudding, made to directions
    1 large fruit cocktail, drained well
    1 large crushed pineapple, drained well
    1 large cherry pie filling
    2 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 medium size bag coconut
    1 bag pecans or your favorite nuts
    1 small bottle red cherries, drained
Preparation
    Build in the order given in a punch bowl twice.
    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Serves 35 people.
