Breakfast Muffins(Yields 12 Muffins) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Quaker oats
    1 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk
    1/2 c. chopped dates
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 egg or egg substitute
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Stir all ingredients together with a spoon.
    Spray muffin tin with Pam.
    Fill muffin cups 3/4 full.
    Bake t 375\u00b0 approximately for 15 minutes.
