Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bird, boiled and boned
    1 large Velveeta, cubed
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium pkg. spaghetti
    1 large can Mexicorn (or Ro-Tel) tomatoes
    1 bell pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti in chicken broth.
    Cook onion and pepper in small amount
    of
    broth.
    Mash tomatoes with potato masher. Drain spaghetti; add
    other
    ingredients.
    Stir
    over low heat until cheese melts.
    Pour
    into
    baking
    dish and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
