Pickled Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. red vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 onion, sliced thin
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried parsley
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. brown sugar
2 (6 oz.) cans mushroom caps
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except mushrooms; bring to a boil. Add mushrooms and simmer 5 minutes.
Chill overnight.
Drain and serve with toothpicks.
Can make several days ahead and keep in refrigerator (even 2 weeks).
