Rio Grande Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 (15 oz.) can Old El Paso Spanish rice
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine all of the above ingredients.
    Shape into 8 or 10 individual loaves or put in muffin pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
