Peggy'S Stuffed Worcester Beef Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/2 c. or more chopped onion
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 ??? Worcestershire (light) sauce
    6 or more strips Cheddar cheese (4 x 1/4-inch)
    6 slices bacon
Preparation
    Lightly combine first 5 ingredients plus 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
    Divide into 6 parts.
    Shape one part beef mixture around cheese strip to form a roll.
    Wrap bacon slice around each roll.
    Place on jelly roll pan.
    Brush liberally with Worcestershire sauce.
    Bake in preheated oven at 475` for 15 to 18 minutes or until done as desired, brushing once more with sauce. Serves 6.
