Vegetable Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 can tomato soup
    1 egg
    1 can vegetarian vegetable soup
    2 Tbsp. Heinz 57 sauce
    2 c. saltine crackers, mashed fine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except tomato soup in large bowl.
    Mix well and loaf (makes 1 large or 2 small loaves).
    Place in deep baking dish.
    Pour tomato soup over loaf and bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Remove from oven; spread thin layer of ketchup over loaf and bake 15 more minutes.
    Slice and serve.
