Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. pecans
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light. Add beaten egg yolks, flour and nuts. Add dry ingredients, vanilla and milk. Put in pastry-lined pie pan. Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Cook about 45 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
