Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. onion, chopped finely
    1 egg
    Cajun and garlic seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together. Roll meat into 1-inch balls. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes in an uncovered dish.
