Streusel Spice Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. unsifted Pillsbury flour
1/2 c. quick or regular rolled oats
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts or sunflower seeds
1/2 c. flaked coconut (if desired)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In mixing bowl, combine flour, rolled oats and brown sugar.
Cut in butter until crumbly.
Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture and set aside.
