Pasta Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. San Giorgio Trio Italiano noodles
    1 large onion
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans sliced tomatoes
    1 medium green pepper
    1 (26 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    2 tsp. garlic
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. basil
    1 lb. sausage
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Cook noodles in salt water.
    Saute onion, mushrooms and green pepper until tender, but not brown.
    Use Pam.
    Combine 2 cans of tomatoes with sauteed onion, mushrooms and green pepper.
    Add spaghetti sauce, basil, salt and parsley flakes.
    Add cooked, drained sausage.
    Mix all these ingredients into noodles.
    Put in a greased 9 x 14-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
