Baked Chicken In Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer
    salt shaker
    2 c. flour
    1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Wash chicken and sprinkle with salt.
    Roll in flour and brown quickly in skillet with oil.
    Remove each piece of chicken as it browns and place in deep baking dish.
    When all chicken pieces have been browned and placed in baking dish, pour excess oil from skillet, saving the brownings in the skillet.
