Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pkg. frozen broccoli
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 lb. low salt Ritz crackers, crushed
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to directions, just until tender. Drain.
    Line 14 x 10-inch pan with broccoli.
    Cut Velveeta into large chunks and place over broccoli.
    Drizzle half of melted butter over broccoli and Velveeta.
    Mix crushed Ritz with remainder of butter.
    Spread Ritz mixture over broccoli.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbles.
