Hamburg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 c. celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1 c. onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 soup can water
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Dice celery, green pepper and onion.
    Brown in a skillet with hamburg.
    Put in a baking dish and add soups, water and rice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
