Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2-crust pie
    2 1/2 c. rhubarb, sliced
    3/4 c. cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    dash of cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all the ingredients together.
    Put in unbaked crust and cover with top crust.
    Brush pastry with a little cream and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until nice and brown.
