Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease the bottom of a 12-cup muffin pan.
    Beat egg, milk and oil.
    Mix flour, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl.
    Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just moistened.
    Fold in blueberries and put in muffin pan.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until brown.
