Sauerkraut - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sauerkraut, drained
1 medium green pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 medium, chopped onion
1/2 c. vinegar
1 large carrot, shredded
Preparation

Add onion, celery, carrot and green pepper to well drained sauerkraut.
Add sugar to oil and vinegar and stir well until blended.
Add this mixture to sauerkraut mixture and mix well. Store, covered, overnight.
Very good.
