Orange Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water or juice from fruit
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 pt. orange sherbet
    2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained
    1 (13 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
    1 c. flaked coconut (optional)
    1 c. mini marshmallows
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin.
    Add orange sherbet and 1 can oranges.
    Pour into a six cup mold.
    Combine rest of ingredients and chill at least 3 hours.
    Unmold ring and pile ambrosia in the middle.
