Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. oatmeal
    1 c. wheat germ
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped walnut and/or almonds
    3/4 Tbsp. salt (I use half this amount)
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. cooking oil (I use half this amount)
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix
    the
    dry
    ingredients
    together.
    Mix
    the
    last 3 ingredients together and stir into dry ingredients.
    Bake in a 13 x
    9-inch pan for about 25 minutes or until light brown at 300\u00b0, stirring every 15 minutes or so.
    When granola is brown, add
    1 cup of raisins and bake for about 5 minutes.
    Allow to cool before storing.
