Filet Mignon Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    2 lb. filet mignon, cut into cubes
    1 red pepper, cut into chunks
    2 green peppers, cut into chunks
    3 large onions, cut into wedges
    1 fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine first 6 ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Add beef cubes.
    Marinate 1 hour at room temperature.
    Thread beef, pepper, onions and pineapple, alternately on wood or metal skewers. Broil 15 minutes to desired doneness, brushing with marinade and turning.
