Smooth Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 medium potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cook and mash potatoes.
Add cheese in small pieces and then butter.
Beat well.
Add sour cream.
Beat eggs into milk and onions.
Add to potatoes and beat until fluffy.
Pour into greased casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (uncovered) until light brown.
