Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. flaked coconut
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Lightly grease and flour large cookie sheet.
    Beat egg whites and salt at high speed until soft peaks form.
    Add sugar gradually beating at high speed until sugar is completely dissolved; beat in vanilla.
    Fold in coconut and flour.
    Drop onto prepared cookie sheet 1 tablespoon at a time, about 1 inch apart.
    Bake 20 minutes at 300\u00b0 or until slightly browned.
    Remove from cookie sheet with metal spatula onto wire rack to cool.
    Store in tightly covered container.
    Use in 3 days.
