Layered Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. 97% fat-free Healthy Choice ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
8 oz. can tomato sauce
3 (8-inch) round tortillas
6 oz. Kraft Light Natural shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheeses
6 oz. Healthy Choice fat-free shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 c. water
Preparation

Brown beef and onion; drain off any fat.
Add seasonings and tomato sauce; simmer.
Using a 9-inch square casserole, add enough of the meat sauce to cover the bottom, then alternate layers, starting with a tortilla, meat sauce and cheese.
Add water around edges.
Cover with foil and bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
