Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine or butter, melted
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. drained blueberries (fresh, frozen or canned)
Preparation
    Blend the eggs, milk and butter in a small bowl.
    In a larger bowl, mix the sugar, flour and berries.
    Pour the wet mixture into the dry and carefully fold together until all is moist.
    Don't beat or smooth it.
    Grease muffin tins (or paper liners) and fill 2/3 full.
    Bake about 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool on rack.
    Makes 12 or 18 small muffins.
