Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
4 unbeaten eggs
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. raisins
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt

Preparation

If using self-rising flour, omit soda, salt and baking powder.
