Cranberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cranberries (fresh or frozen)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    In a small bowl combine cranberries and powdered sugar. Set aside.
    Stir
    together
    flour,
    sugar,
    baking powder and salt. Make
    a
    well in the center.
    Combine the egg, milk and oil and add
    all
    at
    once to flour mixture.
    Stir just until moistened. Fold in cranberries.
    Grease muffin cups; fill 2/3 full.
    Bake
    in 400\u00b0
    oven
    for
    20
    to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
