Glorified Hamburger - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger
    1 egg
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    5 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fine breadcrumbs
    fat (for frying)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except breadcrumbs.
    Shape into 12 to 15 balls.
    Roll balls in breadcrumbs and then flatten into patties. Crumb patties again; fry until well browned.
    Hamburgers may be stored in your freezer before or after cooking.
