Blueberry Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    4 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Beat first 7 ingredients for 1/2 minute; stir in blueberries. Fill two 9-inch cake pans halfway.
    Sprinkle with topping.
    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Cool slightly before glazing (optional).
