Christmas Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    4 c. flour
    8 tsp. baking powder
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    4 c. cranberries, cut in 1/2
    3 c. sugar
    4 c. water
Preparation
    Make syrup of sugar and water brought to a boil.
    Pour over batter and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
