Jiffy Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 (9 oz.) box Jiffy white cake mix
    2 pkg. quick-rise yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. warm water (120~ to 130~)
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 to 2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl combine 3 cups of the flour, cake mix, yeast, salt and warm water.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add enough remaining flour to form a soft dough.
    Turn out onto a lightly floured surface.
    Knead until smooth, about 6 to 8 minutes.
    Roll dough into a 9 x 18-inch rectangle.
    Spread with butter and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
    Roll dough jelly-roll style, starting with the long end.
    Slice the roll into 1-inch circles. Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 15 to 30 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
    Brush with butter. Yields 18 to 29 rolls.
