Marie'S Louisiana Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/4 c. grated onion
    2 Tbsp. flour
    11 oz. can Cheddar cheese soup
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine rice, carrots, onion and flour.
    Blend soup, egg and seasonings and add to rice mixture.
    Pour into greased 8-inch ring mold.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes before turning out on a serving plate.
    Makes 6 servings.
