Hot Crab Teaser (Or Creamy Hot Crab Dip) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. fat free cream cheese
    1/2 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    2 cloves garlic
    12 oz. fresh or thawed crab meat
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. Old Bay, or other seafood seasoning
    1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
    2 scallions, chopped
    Assorted low fat, or fat free crackers
Preparation
    Puree the cream cheese, mayonnaise and garlic in a food processor or blender until smooth. Transfer to a sauce pan or microwave safe bowl.
    Stir in the crab meat, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, Worchestershire and red hot pepper sauce.
    Cook over low heat, stirring often, or heat in microwave until steaming hot. Spoon into a serving bowl, sprinkle with chopped scallions and serve with crackers.
