Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
    1 can lima beans, drained
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 bag grated cheese
    1/2 to 1 c. mayonnaise
    1 tube Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Layer vegetables, beans, celery and onion in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Add grated cheese. Spread mayonnaise over this. Crush Ritz crackers and spread over the mayonnaise.
    Melt butter and pour over top of crackers. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
