Crab Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. crab meat, cooked
2 c. white sauce
1/4 c. sherry wine
1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Add sherry to white sauce and gently fold in crab meat.
Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly.
