Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (20 oz. each) cans pineapple (chunk or crushed), drained
    1 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 sleeve Town House or Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Stir together pineapple, sugar, flour and grated Cheddar cheese; set aside.
    In second bowl, mix crushed crackers with melted margarine.
    Pour pineapple mixture into greased baking dish.
    Top with cracker topping.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
