Cheese And Olive Swirls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. butter, soft
    dash of Tabasco
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 c. chopped pimento stuffed green olives
Preparation
    Blend cheese, butter and Tabasco.
    Stir in flour.
    Gather into a ball.
    Cover and chill for 30 minutes.
    Roll into 6 x 10-inch rectangle between two sheets of wax paper.
    Remove top piece of wax paper and sprinkle dough with olives.
    Beginning with long end, roll up \"jelly roll style\" and seal the edges.
    Wrap in wax paper and twist ends.
    Be sure dough is tightly rolled.
    Chill for 1 hour.
    Cut into 1/4-inch slices and bake 2-inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake in preheated 400\u00b0 oven 10 to 20 minutes until edges light brown.
    Serve immediately.
