Mrs. Fisher'S Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks oleo
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 rounded tsp. soda
    1/2 c. pecans or more if you like
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0 or 325\u00b0.
    Melt shortening.
    Add sugars and flour with cinnamon.
    Mix together, then take out 1/2 cup to use for topping.
    Add nuts to first mixture; add well-beaten eggs. Put soda in buttermilk and add to rest of mixture.
    Mix all together.
    This will be a little thin.
    Pour in well-greased and floured pan (9 x 12-inch).
    Sprinkle topping mixture over top of batter.
    Bake 1 hour or until cake leaves sides of pan or springs back when touched.
