Beef Or Venison Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef or venison
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Mix together Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic salt, pepper, onion salt and liquid smoke.
    Place beef or venison in the mixture and soak for 1/2 hour.
    Remove and bake in slow oven until dry.
