Caramel Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 or 9 qt. popped corn (less corn the better)
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. white syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Boil all ingredients except corn and soda 5 minutes, mixing well and stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and add soda. Stir in quickly.
Pour over popped corn, mixing well.
Put in two large flat pans and place in 250\u00b0 oven for 1 hour, stirring two or three times.
Store in tightly closed container.
