Spinach And Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
    1 - 2 cloves garlic
    10 oz. pkg. frozen spinach
    6 oz. jar artichoke hearts
    8-oz tub garlic-chive cream cheese
    2 large eggs
    1 cup shredded mozzarella
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Thaw and then squeeze spinach to remove moisture.
    Rinse, drain and pat dry the artichoke hearts.
    Put Romano cheese in food processor with metal blade. Turn motor on and drop garlic through food tube to mince.
    Stop motor and add spinach, artichokes, cream cheese and eggs.
    Process until blended.
    Put mixture in medium bowl and gently stir in mozzarella cheese.
    Transfer to ovenproof baking dish and bake 20 - 25 minutes.
