Chili (Hot) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    4 Tbsp. diced jalapeno peppers
    1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 large can kidney beans
    1 small can tomato paste
    cooked spaghetti or saltines
Preparation
    On medium heat, saute onions and green pepper in oil, while adding ground beef.
    Cook until all beef is brown.
    Add chili powder, jalapeno peppers and crushed red pepper.
    Stir to mix. Cook 3 minutes.
    Add stewed tomatoes, kidney beans and tomato paste.
    Cook to boiling, then reduce heat to low and cook 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve over cooked spaghetti, or with saltines.
