Arctic Melon Pops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cantaloupe, sliced
    1 small banana, sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk or whey
    1 (8 oz.) carton orange or lemon yogurt
Preparation
    In blender combine all ingredients.
    Cover and blend until smooth.
    Pour into 8 (5 ounce) paper cups.
    Cover with foil; make small knife cut.
    Insert popsicle stick.
    Freeze 4 to 6 hours. Peel off paper and eat.
